Whitelist Instructions

Hey thank you for getting this far! I want you to get all of my emails, but the powers that be will sometimes stick my emails in places they shouldn't 😉

So with that said… follow these instructions for GMAIL…. if you use another provider click here to view those instructions.

If you find my email in your Promotions tab do the following.

1. In your inbox, locate an email from chris@fitdadchris.com (ex.welcome, thanks etc….).
2. Drag this email to the “primary” tab of your inbox.

3. Now my emails will go to your primary folder in the future! Yey great work!

Also if you see my emails in your SPAM folder just click on the email then be sure to select the NOT SPAM button at the top. Again if you use another provider click here to view those instructions.
