Well I have to say that the wait for Insanity Max 30 was worth it. I just finished up the first workout Cardio Challenge!
In the build up I had a lot of people from all over the world asking me about getting it especially from the UK! Well I have some good news!

Since I made this post I am 3 days into the workout.
- I am sore!
- I feel good!
The new moves are really fun and challenging and the whole concept of maxing out really mentally pushes you. You see the people running to the chalk board to write their times and you want to last longer than them, but alas it is tough!
All good though! We will only get better with time!
